Mr. Michael B. Easson AM FAICD

Executive Chairman, EG Property Group; extensive experience in infrastructure & property.

Current independent director ING RE (Australia) & ANZ (2000 Olympic) Stadium;

Former founder director for a decade of both Macquarie Infrastructure Group (toll road entity of Macquarie Bank) and Macquarie Goodman, now Goodman (the international industrial property business).

Served as director of State Super, Australia’s largest pension/superannuation fund;

Past director of State Rail Authority of NSW & of Sydney Metro Transport, owners and operators of Sydney Light Rail.

Former Adjunct Professor at the Australian Graduate School of Management in Centre for Corporate Change.

Earlier Vice President of Australian Council of Trade Unions.

Awarded Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in 1997.

Mr. Shane Geha

Shane Geha is managing director of EG Property Advisory, a leading property advisory practice specialising in advising and project managing land use applications.

Shane was formerly responsible for managing over $250 million in property development in Sydney and the Australian Capital Territory. He previously worked at Civil & Civic (Lend Lease). Shane also holds a degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Sydney and has obtained a Land Valuation diploma from the University of Western Sydney.

Shane compliments the group's skills by bringing practical insights. He is a holder of a builders' license and a real estate agent's license. Shane's extensive urban planning experience, including over some of NSW's most significant sites, led the University of Sydney to invite him to lecture engineering students on building project management, which he has done in each of the past two years

Ms. Catherine. M. Harding

Catherine Harding is Executive Legal Counsel for the EG Property Group. She provides legal advice and oversight to the organisation's units, over a wide range of property and commercial issues. Catherine specialises in planning law and policy analysis and advises and guides line management on regulatory and compliance issues. Prior to joining EG, Catherine was a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales with a litigation practice. She has a professional background in international and Australian public policy development and communication, including as Project Officer in Australia with the U.S. State Department/USIA and as Chief of Staff for the Lord Mayor of Sydney. Catherine has a law degree and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Technology, Sydney.
