EG Property Group was founded in 2000 as an advisory practice focusing on assisting clients in land use applications. A combination of urban planning and project management experience, together with land valuation and advocacy skills, proved to be a solid basis for a property advisory business.
EG Property Advisory provides strategic property advice to corporations, government institutions and private investors across a full range of planning issues. The advisory division assists clients in achieving "highest and best use" for their property portfolios. The advisory division is currently advising on transactions worth in excess of $600 million.
EG Funds Management was established in 2002 to capitalise on property investment opportunities arising from land use changes. The funds management division has a proven track record in successfully identifying and acquiring real estate assets likely to be favourably impacted by the completion of new transport and community infrastructure. The funds management division currently manages four property funds in Sydney and Perth with total committed funding in excess of $750 million.
